We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of stock guitar parts, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom setup work and bespoke instrument modifications are non-refundable as they are tailored specifically to your project.
• Items must be in original condition with no evidence of mounting or soldering.
• Returns must be initiated within a 30-day window from the physical receipt of goods.
• Excludes custom electronics, personalized pickups, and custom-finished wood parts.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Start Your Return
Initiating a return or exchange for stringed instruments and shop products is simple. Follow our guided process to ensure your gear arrives safely back at our workshop.

Contact us via email or phone to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Carefully package your instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping box. Ensure all original documentation and accessories are included.

Send the package back to our workshop using a tracked and insured carrier. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are initiated once your return has been received and inspected at our workshop. We verify the condition of the instrument or components to ensure they meet our return criteria before processing the transaction.
Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
For custom repair work or unique store items where a direct refund may not apply, we offer exchanges or store credit. We are committed to ensuring your guitar sounds and feels exactly as intended.
