All orders ship from our Mission, BC facility. We ship internationally, only to confirmed international addresses.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and whenever possible via Local Courier for select orders.
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping options and delivery times
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 Business Days
Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day. Orders must be placed prior to the Shipping cut-off time(Monday-Friday by 10:00 a.m. PST). Orders that are received after the cut-off time will be shipped out the next business day.

Free shipping is available on most orders of $250 or more.

Standard setups and minor repairs are typically processed within 5-7 business days. For extensive restoration or custom modifications, timelines generally range from 2-4 weeks depending on component availability and current workshop volume.
Store Shipments
Custom inventory items and accessories are securely packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery via insured carriers typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders, ensuring your craft instruments arrive in pristine condition.
Global Reach
We share our passion for fine instruments worldwide. Madman Guitar Works provides insured international shipping to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, local customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and varies by region.
